Pacheco recalls with a laugh, “She could cook, but she couldn’t cook as good as my mom. When Celeste cooked, she was probably going to burn something.”

The Tragic Death of Isiah Pacheco’s Brother and Sister:

The first blow struck on January 10, 2016, when Pacheco’s brother, Travoise, fell victim to a fatal stabbing in his Bridgeton apartment building. At the age of 29, Travoise’s life was tragically cut short.
The alleged attacker claimed self-defense, admitting to third-degree hindering/hiding evidence and receiving a three-year probationary period. Reflecting on the impact of his brother’s untimely death, Pacheco reminisces about the profound influence Travoise had on his childhood.
“Ever since I was a child, my brother has been keeping an eye out for me. From learning to ride an electric four-wheeler to sharing the joy of riding four-wheelers and dirt motorcycles as a hobby, Travoise’s presence left an indelible mark on me. Plus, he was my mother’s first child.”
Tragedy struck again in 2017, as Pacheco lost his sister, Celeste, a mother of three, who was found dead in her Millville home on September 20, 2017. Sadly, she died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head.
The ensuing investigation led to the detention of Donald Scurry Jr., who, in June, received a 65-year prison term after being found guilty of murder.
